1. Scope
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all workout programme services purchased from Removevivcharge, including in-person studio sessions and digital programme access. It supplements your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Right of Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the contract date without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the service contract was concluded.

3. Refund Process
If you cancel within the 14-day period and no services have been delivered, we will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
If you requested that services begin during the cancellation period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for services already provided up to the point of cancellation.
4. Programme-Specific Terms
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly programme subscriptions (from £29 per month, incl. VAT) may be cancelled at any time with 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period once sessions have commenced.
Single-Session Bookings
Individual studio sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability.
Digital Program Access
Digital program packages are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued, except within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period where no content has been accessed.
5. Defective Services
If a service does not conform to the description provided at the time of purchase, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us promptly and we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include re-delivery, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to clients@removevivcharge.world including your name, order reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to process all valid refund requests within 14 business days.
